At Stratoswear, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Every item undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy only for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Proof of the defect (clear photos/videos) may be required for verification.
Size Exchanges
Please note that returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection are not accepted.
A detailed Size Chart is provided on every product page to help you choose the correct size before placing your order. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products ordered in the wrong size.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Return requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after collecting the required bank details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
